The top 3 productivity systems I´ve found this month
I will simplify 3 productivity systems so you can get the essence and the benefits out of each one
Every single day, we have around 90 thousand thoughts. We face thousands of questions and decisions. And the worst thing we can do is to paralyze while facing these crossroads.
Fortunately, there are several frameworks and systems out there that help us to move toward our goals. Today, my goal is to simplify 3 of them so you can get the essence and the benefits out of each one. So let´s start:
The Eisenhower Decision Matrix
A simple and powerful tool to prioritize effectively and improve daily productivity.
It will help you to get a clearer view of your options or pending tasks and differentiate between urgent and important.
This matrix was created by General Eisenhower and popularized by Stephen R. Covey in his famous 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Urgent and important.
Do it now! They are time sensitive, but also contribute to your big goals.
Important but not urgent.
This is where you should try to spend most of your time and energy. You can decide when to attack them, but you need to prioritize this quadrant.
Urgent but not important
These are tasks you can delegate to someone else. Ideally to someone for whom they will be important.
Not important and not urgent.
These are the pointless activities that distract us from our main goals. Sometimes they are necessary but you can limit your time on these as much as possible.
Use It When: You are prioritizing your to-do list.

The GTD Weekly Review
Doing a Weekly Review involves taking a bit of time to look back on your week, reflect on how things went, close relevant open loops, and combat the natural entropy of life.
You will achieve this by clearing out your inbox, converting ideas into tasks, organizing your projects throughout your week, etc.
This is a concept developed by David Allen in his methodology Getting Things Done
Here is what you need to do:
Use It When: You are reflecting on your week to define adjustments and course corrections.

The Email Architect System
Pumping out great emails is crucial for the digital era. This will give you a competitive advantage not many people have. And, writing them is easy at first, but the more you do it, the more ideas you're gonna need. Believe me!
That means your idea tank is going to run empty, and you'll be stuck with writer’s block unable to produce any more emails.
The solution is an email writing system designed to offer writers more control of their creative processes to not only write better emails but to store templates, components, and subject lines, map out sequences, and lay out entire email strategies all from one digital place.
The core of the most important email sequence (of many) proposed in this tool, is the following:
Introduction + value
Provide value
Provide value
Soft sell
Hard sell
Final notice
But there is a lot more! Be sure to check it out.
Use It When: You get stuck with writer’s block while writing an email or cold message.
