A Framework:
The most practical and effective content strategy I've come across ever is the one developed by Gary Vaynerchuk, also known as GaryVee Content Model.
Who is GaryVee?
Gary Vaynerchuk or Gary Vee is a Belarusian-American entrepreneur, author, speaker, and Internet personality. He is the chairman of VaynerX, a modern-day media and communications holding company, and the active CEO of VaynerMedia, a full-service advertising agency servicing Fortune 100 clients across the company’s 5 locations.
The GaryVee Content Model is based on a "reverse pyramid" model, starting with a key piece of content, also known as "pillar content". This could take the form of a daily vlog, a keynote speech, a Q&A session, or any other video/audio piece.
Once the pillar content is created, it's then repurposed into dozens of smaller pieces of content, each tailored to the platform they're distributed on.
Let's delve deeper into it!
1st Step: Develop Pillar Content
Start by creating your pillar content. This could be a video, podcast, blog post, or any other form of content that is substantial and provides value to your audience. The key here is to ensure this content is high-quality and engaging.
2nd Step: Repurpose Into Micro Content
From this pillar content, create "micro-content". These are smaller pieces of content that are derived from your pillar content and can be distributed across various platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Quora, and many other channels.
This micro-content is used to drive awareness back to the original, long-form content. The goal is to constantly create and post as much content as possible and ensure it is contextual to each platform.
3rd Step: Distribute your Content
Once your pillar and micro-content are ready, it's time to distribute. GaryVee publishes a new episode every day on the GaryVee Video Experience, which is distributed on his YouTube channel, Facebook Watch Page, and IGTV. He also has a daily podcast called the GaryVee Audio Experience, which is distributed on Spotify, and iTunes, among other platforms.
In addition to this, he continually posts micro-content on Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Quora, and many other social channels.
4th Step: Apply insights and repeat
By interacting with your audience on the platforms you're using, you can gain valuable insights. Pay attention to their responses - what content do they engage with? What do they ignore? What are they actively seeking?
Use these insights to refine your content strategy. What works on one platform might work on another - don't be afraid to experiment and adjust your strategy based on the results you're seeing. This is your chance to solidify your message and boost engagement.
Remember, the key to the GaryVee Content Model is the constant creation and distribution of content. The more content you create and distribute, the more opportunities you have to engage your audience and grow your brand!

↓ Trigger. Record your pillar content, such as a blog post, podcast, or video, and upload it to a predefined folder in Google Drive or Dropbox (This works with any audio file)
↓ Transcription. The audio file is automatically sent to Whisper AI and this generates a transcript.
↓ Repurpose. The automation will send the pillar content transcription to Chat GPT and repurpose it into smaller, bite-sized pieces of micro-content. (Quotes, Insights, Tips, Lessons, or any other form of text content)
↓ Distribute. Use scheduling platforms such as Buffer or Hootsuite to automatically distribute your content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc)
↓ Learn and Repeat. The automation will list all the comments and send them back to ChatGPT to refine a second cycle of content pieces and distribute all of them again.
